I never know what to say on such things, but I suppose if you’re visiting here, you’re wondering a bit about who I am. My name is Lindsay, I’m 23, and I live near Houston with my parents and four younger sisters(and our one dog, two cats, three parakeets, and too many fish to keep up with). I enjoy reading, writing, crocheting, and spending time on the computer. I’m slowly learning more web design, and also have quite an interest in photography. I currently shoot with a Canon A570 IS point and shoot, but I’m window shopping for a good SLR, and hope to get one in the not-too-distant future.

I chose the name Woven and Spun as a reminder that God is weaving my life together according to His purpose, even when things look bad or I’m feeling down. Even when I can’t see His plan, He allows everything for a purpose, and will work everything together for good. The name was inspired by Nichole Nordeman’s album Woven and Spun, though I’m applying a somewhat different meaning to the phrase.
